JAMSHEDPUR – A court order to demolish godowns at Lal Baba Foundry has triggered protests, raising concerns about local livelihoods.

Members of the Kailash Nagar Business Committee staged a dharna on Friday.

Workers and residents joined the protest against the demolition order.

The court’s decision has put the livelihoods of many at risk.

Meanwhile, Amarpreet Singh Kale, former BJP state spokesperson, visited the protest site.

He showed solidarity with the affected businessmen and workers.

Kale assured the protesters of his support in finding a resolution.

Moreover, he engaged with the Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum on the matter.

Kale also approached Tata Steel officials to discuss the situation.

He advocated for the businessmen’s right to appeal the court’s decision.

"Thousands of livelihoods are at stake," Kale emphasized.

He stressed the need for adequate time to file legal appeals.

Furthermore, Kale highlighted the gravity of the situation for affected families.

He urged the administration to consider a "positive and permanent solution".

On the other hand, Kale called for calm among the protesters.

He emphasized the importance of trusting the judicial process.

Kale also stressed the need for maintaining peace to facilitate a swift resolution.

The former BJP leader’s intervention aims to safeguard the interests of all parties involved.
