International Seminar to Be Held in Jamshedpur From January 29

Academicians and Researchers to Attend Three-Day Event at Cooperative College

JAMSHEDPUR – A three-day international seminar will be held in the city from January 29 to January 31.

The event is being jointly organised by Jamshedpur Cooperative College and Kolhan University.

The seminar will focus on education, research, and innovation. Moreover, it will host scholars from India and abroad.

Over 200 academicians have already registered. These include professors, researchers, and students.

Discussions will cover education, society, culture, technology, and contemporary challenges. Meanwhile, multiple technical sessions are planned.

Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar will attend as chief guest. His presence will add significance to the programme.

Kolhan University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Anjila Gupta will act as patron. She will guide the academic proceedings.

Jamshedpur Cooperative College Principal Dr. Amar Singh will preside. He highlighted the event’s institutional importance.

Dr. Singh said the college is hosting such a seminar first time. The institution is completing seventy-five years.

He said new ideas and innovations will be discussed. These discussions will benefit students and teachers.

He also said the seminar will benefit the Kolhan region. It will strengthen global academic engagement.

Organisers said several technical sessions are scheduled. Research paper presentations will be a major component.

The event will be hosted in Jamshedpur. Security and logistics preparations are underway.

The college has earlier hosted events like career counseling programmes.

It has also served election duties during poll preparations.

Authorities earlier ensured safety during EVM security arrangements.

District officials also conducted inspections during Lok Sabha preparations.

The venue has repeatedly handled large-scale administrative events. Hence, organisers expressed confidence in smooth execution.
