JAMSHEDPUR – BJP Mahila Morcha staged a protest demonstration burning the effigy of Bangladesh interim government chief Muhammad Yunus on Sunday.
The protest occurred near the district office in Sakchi. Morcha president Neelu Machhua led the demonstration. Women activists lit candles expressing their outrage.
Protesters raised strong slogans against the Bangladesh government. They highlighted systematic targeting of Hindu community members. Houses are being set ablaze across Bangladesh.
Temples face demolition at the hands of extremists. Women and children are not being spared either. The activists termed this a direct attack on humanity.
Neelu Machhua launched a sharp attack during the demonstration. She stated atrocities against Hindus won’t be tolerated. Fundamentalist forces receive open government protection in Bangladesh.
