Tech Fest 2025 Concludes at Tata Steel Technical Institute

32 Schools, Colleges, and ITIs Participate in Two-Day Innovation Festival

JAMSHEDPUR – Tech Fest 2025 concluded at Tata Steel Technical Institute, Burma Mines, on Tuesday with remarkable enthusiasm and participation.

RD Tata Technical Education Centre, Golmuri, and Tata Steel Technical Institute jointly organized the event. Tata Steel Foundation provided courtesy support for the festival. Moreover, the two-day program attracted diverse participation.

Thirty-two schools, colleges, and ITIs participated actively. Students showcased innovative projects and technical models enthusiastically. However, robotics displays and robo war competitions attracted significant attention.

Online gaming competitions featured prominently in the schedule. Singing and dancing contests added cultural dimensions to festivities. Furthermore, participants demonstrated both technical and artistic talents.

Shakti Prasad Senapati attended as chief guest at closing ceremony. He serves as Chief Operating Officer at Ramkrishna Forgings Limited. Besides, Captain Amitabh from Tata Steel Foundation distributed awards.

Kavita Lodhi, HR Head at Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, joined the ceremony. The distinguished guests honored winners across multiple categories. In addition, they encouraged students toward technical excellence.

ITI Chandil secured first prize in college-level project category. IDTR Adityapur received second position in the competition. On the other hand, Government Women’s College Gamharia earned third prize.

JPS School won first prize in school-level project presentations. Little Flower School obtained second position in the category. Moreover, Vidya Bharati School Telco secured third place.

Principal Anumita Sen Gupta appreciated students’ and teachers’ efforts. She explained how such platforms nurture creativity effectively. However, problem-solving and leadership capabilities also develop through participation.

Dance and singing competitions concluded the final evening program. Students displayed artistic talents alongside technical prowess impressively. Furthermore, parents, teachers, and guests appreciated the performances.
