JAMSHEDPUR – Devotees of Sai Parivar Vishva Seva Sansthan gathered at Shri Sainath Devasthanam in Ghorabandha to offer prayers to Bhagwan Chitragupt, the deity revered by the Chitransh community.
The event began with aarti and worship of Bhagwan Chitragupt. Subsequently, a collective aarti and havan were organized.
A large number of community members participated with deep faith and devotion. However, the highlight of the event was the traditional Kalam-Dawat ritual, which devotees performed following age-old customs.
The chief yajman of the puja was Akash Ranjan. Meanwhile, priests Nand Lal Mishra and Sujit Pathak conducted the rituals and led the prayers.
In addition, Anup Ranjan, Rakesh Ranjan, Rupesh Katriar, Rajesh Narayan, K.B.P. Sinha, C. Uday Bhaskar, Sanjeev Srivastava, and Prabhat Ranjan were among the many attendees. In the evening, a special aarti dedicated to Bhagwan Chitragupt concluded the event.
A local devotee remarked, “The worship of Bhagwan Chitragupt strengthens our faith and unity within the Chitransh community.”
