Equality Club Hosts Poetry Contest Highlighting Empowerment and Justice

JAMSHEDPUR – Kasidih High School observed Women’s Equality Day with a poetry contest led by the school’s Equality Club.

The program was guided by Miss Shania Nanra. She encouraged students to write their own poems on equality, empowerment, and justice. The activity aimed to amplify young voices on social change.

In Group I for Class IX, Sneha Kumari secured first place. Meanwhile, Shahana Ali Khan stood second and Tanishka Kumari took third.

On the other hand, in Group II for Class XI, Kartik Kumar earned the first position. Shristi Pandey finished second while Priyanka Kumari came third.

All the winners and participants were congratulated for their creativity and confidence. The event reflected the school’s focus on women’s rights and inclusive values.
