JAMSHEDPUR – A unique 51-member kanwar group departed from Telco’s Khadanga Jhar Market Monday, carrying a missile-shaped kanwar dedicated to Operation Sindoor and armed forces personnel.

The group created a distinctive pilgrimage experience this Sawan season. They designed their kanwar in missile shape to honor brave women. The initiative pays tribute to those who played crucial roles during Operation Sindoor.

However, the dedication extends beyond women warriors. Local social worker Pankaj Kumar leads the team with dual purpose. The kanwar also honors soldiers protecting India’s borders.

Meanwhile, the group incorporated patriotic elements throughout their journey. They decorated the missile-shaped kanwar with tricolor flags and flowers. The entire team wore clothing reflecting nationalist themes.

Moreover, special prayers preceded their departure to Deoghar. The group performed rituals at a local temple. They sought blessings for national prosperity, peace and security.

In addition, community members gathered to support the pilgrims. Local residents welcomed the kanwar group enthusiastically. They offered good wishes for the spiritual journey ahead.

Furthermore, the team planned visits to multiple religious sites. The route includes several sacred locations before reaching Deoghar. They will offer Ganga water to Baba Baidyanath upon arrival.

On the other hand, participants showed remarkable enthusiasm for the cause. Both women and youth members displayed special energy. The patriotic theme resonated strongly with all participants.

Besides the unique design, the group emphasized national service values. “This kanwar represents our gratitude to brave women and soldiers,” said a team member. Another participant added that combining devotion with patriotism strengthens their spiritual journey.
