JAMSHEDPUR – D.B.M.S. Kadma High School celebrated the 76th Republic Day with enthusiasm and patriotism on January 26, 2025. The event began with the hoisting of the tricolor by Ms. P.S. Aruna, Joint Treasurer of the School Managing Committee, alongside committee members, the Principal, and Vice Principals.
Ms. P.S. Aruna addressed the gathering, highlighting the making of the Indian Constitution and its unique features. She emphasized the importance of understanding constitutional values and ethical living for the younger generation. A captivating speech by Om Kumar Jha, a student of Class XI, delved into the history and significance of Republic Day, along with the rights and duties enshrined in the Constitution.
Speeches and Performances Inspire Patriotism
The school choir performed a patriotic song that resonated with the audience, filling the atmosphere with fervor. D. Manisha, a student from Lilliput School, delivered a stirring speech, mesmerizing everyone present. The program also included reflections on how the Constitution empowers citizens and fosters unity.
Esteemed Guests and Managing Committee Presence
The event was graced by members of the Managing Committee, including Chairperson Ms. Lalitha Chandrashekhar, Treasurer Ms. Bhuvana Krishnan, and Honorary Secretary Ms. Anita Ramkrishna.
