JAMSHEDPUR – In response to the biting winter, Mahila Shakti Sangh organized a distribution event at the Patel Nagar Community Hall in Bhuiyandih. Support for the Needy During Harsh Winter

MLA Sahu actively participated in the event, distributing essentials to the needy. Addressing the gathering, she emphasized the importance of community involvement in tackling the challenges posed by the severe cold. “The government is fulfilling its responsibilities, but capable individuals and social organizations must also step forward to help those in need,” she said.

Call for Community Engagement

She highlighted that deaths attributed to winter often result from a lack of proper clothing and medical care rather than the cold itself. “Social organizations can play a vital role in saving lives by ensuring the needy are equipped with adequate clothing,” she added.
