JAMSHEDPUR – The district administration has intensified efforts to implement tribal welfare schemes effectively across East Singhbhum.
The e-Kalyan portal shows significant progress. Over 78,000 students have received their pre-matric scholarships.
Moreover, 119 institutions participate in post-matric scholarships. The scheme benefits both in-state and out-of-state students.
Housing and Infrastructure
Meanwhile, the housing scheme nears completion. Only 22 units remain pending from the 371 approved projects.
Furthermore, cemetery fencing work continues across blocks. The initiative preserves tribal cultural sites.
On the other hand, new Kalyan hostels await assessment. Blocks must submit proposals for additional facilities.
Livestock Development
Additionally, the Pashudhan Vikas Yojana progresses steadily. Officials have opened 293 escrow accounts for beneficiaries.
The scheme targets 463 beneficiaries for livestock distribution. This initiative promotes rural economic development.
Cultural Preservation
Meanwhile, conservation efforts protect sacred sites. These include Sarna, Masna, Jahersthan, and Hargadi locations.
Furthermore, construction continues on cultural centers. Manjhi Bhavan and Manki Munda Bhavan receive special attention.
The administration emphasizes youth employment schemes. Self-employment initiatives receive priority consideration.
