JAMSHEDPUR – A Hyundai car belonging to Shyamnath Mukhi was completely destroyed after being deliberately set on fire by unidentified miscreants near Teachers Colony.
A group of anti-social elements targeted the parked vehicle in the Teachers Colony area. “The incident has left residents deeply concerned about the safety of their vehicles,” said a local resident.
Moreover, when passersby noticed the flames, they immediately informed Mukhi about the situation. However, by the time he rushed to the spot, the car had been reduced to ashes.
Police Investigation Underway
The Sitaram Dera police have launched a probe into the incident. Meanwhile, similar incidents of vehicle arson have been reported in the area over the past year.
