JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur Workers College organized a seminar on youth’s role in nation-building, featuring prominent speakers addressing educational reforms and development.

The event, jointly organized by IQAC and NSS units, was held in the library hall. MLA Saryu Roy served as the chief guest.

Distinguished Speakers

Kolhan University Registrar Dr. Parshuram Siyal shared insights as special guest. Principal Dr. Satyapriya Mahalik welcomed the dignitaries.

Faculty members presented tulsi plants and mementos to guests. Student representatives Hemant Pathak and Shubham Raj offered floral tributes.

Educational Vision

Dr. Javed Iqbal, Head of Zoology, emphasized education’s role in nation-building. He called for youth commitment to national development.

MLA Roy stressed the importance of specialized education. He advocated for teaching methods based on student capabilities.

Infrastructure Assessment

The MLA inspected college buildings after the program. He promised support for addressing deteriorating infrastructure issues.

The event concluded with vote of thanks by IQAC coordinator Prof. Kumari Priyanka. Hundreds of students attended the seminar.
