MEDININAGAR – The administration seized six vehicles during a night raid against illegal mining in Chainpur and Sadar blocks on Tuesday.
The operation targeted unauthorized mining activities. SDO Sulochna Meena led the administrative team.
Moreover, officials confiscated three trucks carrying gravel. They also seized three tractors loaded with illegal sand.
Coordinated Action
Circle Officers actively participated in the raid. Amardeep Singh Balhotra supervised the Sadar area.
Meanwhile, Chandrasekhar Kunal monitored Chainpur region. The team conducted simultaneous operations in both blocks.
“We will continue our action against illegal mining,” stated a senior administrative official.
Area-wise Seizures
The Sadar block team intercepted two sand-laden tractors. They also seized one truck carrying gravel.
Furthermore, officials in Chainpur caught one tractor. Two trucks with illegal gravel were also impounded.
Additionally, all seized vehicles were handed to respective police stations. The administration has initiated further proceedings.
“Our crackdown on unauthorized mining will continue,” emphasized SDO Meena.
