JAMSHEDPUR – A state-of-the-art Scientific Computing Laboratory, funded by the Department of Science and Technology under the FIST scheme, commenced operations at NIT Jamshedpur today.
Prof. Gautam Sutradhar, Director of NIT Jamshedpur, led the inauguration ceremony. The facility aims to advance research capabilities.
Moreover, the lab features advanced simulation software worth Rs 75 lakh. Additionally, it houses 50 high-performance workstations.

“This facility will revolutionize our computational research capabilities,” remarked a senior faculty member.
