JAMSHEDPUR – Former Tata Motors DGM and current Congress candidate Dr. Ajoy Kumar had to face serious allegations from BJP leaders today about his controversial tenure in corporate and police roles.
The accusations surfaced during a joint press conference where former BJP district president Rambabu Tiwari spearheaded the revelations.
“Dr. Kumar’s decisions directly harmed thousands of workers’ livelihoods,” stated Rambabu Tiwari claiming that there are many senior labor union representatives who are familiar with the situation.
He said that Dr. Ajoy Kumar allegedly reduced production-based incentives and additional bonuses during his time as DGM.
Meanwhile, his actions severely impacted workers’ medical benefits at Telco, he claimed.
Handling of Public Protests
The BJP leaders also claimed that during his tenure as SP, Kumar reportedly orchestrated multiple crackdowns on civilian protests.
The Burmamines Long Town settlement residents faced particularly harsh treatment, BJP leaders claimed.
“The midnight demolition of Burmamines settlement left countless families homeless,” revealed the BJP leaders.

They also said that the Bhuiyandih area witnessed significant unrest over water connection issues.
