IAS Reshuffle: Jharkhand Reassigns 9 Key Administrative Posts

Rahul Kumar Singh Takes Helm as Director of Mines in Major Shake-up

RANCHI – The Jharkhand government has reshuffled its administrative ranks, transferring nine IAS and Jharkhand Administrative Service officers to key positions across various departments.

In a significant move, Rahul Kumar Singh, formerly the appropriate officer of Ranchi, has been appointed as the Director of Mines.

Moreover, Singh will take on the additional responsibility of Managing Director at the Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation.

Meanwhile, Anjani Kumar Mishra, who previously served as Divisional Commissioner of South Chota Nagpur, has been relieved of his additional duties as Special Secretary, Revenue.

In addition, Suman Catherine Kispotta has assumed the role of Special Secretary, Personnel.

On the other hand, Shashi Prakash Jha has been entrusted with the position of Special Secretary, Revenue, Registration.

Furthermore, Mrityunjay Kumar Baranwal has been named CEO of Jharkhand State Livelihood Promotion.

Additionally, Baranwal will take on the additional charge as MNREGA Commissioner.

In the education sector, Shashi Ranjan has been appointed as State Project Director for Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan.

Meanwhile, Kiran Kumari Pasi will now serve as Director of Social Welfare.

The Animal Husbandry Department will see Aditya Ranjan at its helm as the new Director.

Moreover, Garima Singh has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Planning and Development Department.

In a notable appointment, Prerna Dixit has been named the new Managing Director of JIADA.

Lastly, Bhagirath Prasad, formerly Deputy Secretary of the Registration and Land Reforms Department, has been transferred to Jamshedpur as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC).
