• Modi to address BJP’s ‘Parivartan Yatra’ rally during Hazaribagh visit

RANCHI – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Hazaribagh on October 2 to launch a major tribal development initiative and address a BJP rally.

Modi will inaugurate the Pradhan Mantri Janjatiya Unnat Gram Abhiyan (PMJUGA) at Vinoba Bhave University.

The scheme targets socio-economic development in tribal-dominated villages.

PMJUGA aims to benefit over 63,000 villages across 549 districts nationwide.

The program has a budget allocation of ₹79,156 crore.

It’s expected to impact more than 5 crore tribal people.

Key objectives include building 20 lakh houses and 25,000 km of rural roads.

The scheme will also focus on providing essential services to tribal communities.

Plans include establishing 100 tribal market centers and skill development facilities.

Preserving tribal culture and boosting agriculture are additional priorities.

Modi will interact with representatives from 33 tribal groups during the event.

Political Significance of the Visit

This marks Modi’s second visit to Jharkhand in two weeks.

He will address the concluding rally of BJP’s statewide ‘Parivartan Yatra’.

The campaign aims to bring political change in Jharkhand.

Modi’s recent visits highlight BJP’s focus on the state ahead of elections.

On September 15, he inaugurated six Vande Bharat Express trains in Jamshedpur.

Jharkhand: A Launchpad for National Schemes

This will be the fourth time Modi launches a major national scheme from Jharkhand.

Previous launches include Ayushman Bharat Yojana (2018) and Kisan Maandhan Yojana (2019).

The state has become a preferred location for unveiling key government initiatives.

Choosing Hazaribagh on Gandhi Jayanti adds symbolic significance to the launch.

The event underscores the government’s focus on tribal welfare and development.
