JAMSHEDPUR – Narbheram Hansraj English School’s youngest learners took a hands-on approach to understanding heart health through interactive World Heart Day celebrations.

The pre-primary classrooms were transformed with heart-themed decorations for the occasion.

Moreover, teachers led discussions on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Students watched an informative video presentation on the topic of "Healthy Heart."

Furthermore, an interactive Q&A session followed, reinforcing key concepts about heart health.

The school embraced this year’s theme, "Use Heart for Action," throughout the day’s activities.

Meanwhile, the morning assembly featured students participating in ‘Om’ chanting exercises.

This practice is known to have positive effects on heart rate and blood pressure.

In addition, it provides an immediate sense of calm to practitioners.

"Developing healthy habits from a young age is crucial," remarked Principal Paramita Roy Chaudhary.

However, she emphasized that consistent practice is key to reaping the benefits.

On the other hand, the interactive nature of the events kept the young students engaged.

The school’s approach aimed to make heart health education both fun and memorable.
