Tata Steel Foundation to Host 5th Sabal Awards in Jamshedpur Today

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata Steel Foundation is set to organize the 5th edition of the Sabal Awards at the Tribal Culture Centre in Sonari, Jamshedpur, on September 28, 2024, at 6:30 p.m.

The Sabal Awards have been held annually since 2017 to recognize the talents and artistic expressions of Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

This year’s edition will continue to focus on empowering PwDs by providing them with the necessary technical skills and opportunities to enhance their employability.

The initiative aims to create financial independence and dignity for PwDs through their skills and talents.

The event is expected to draw a significant number of guests, including the senior leadership of Tata Steel and the Tata Steel Foundation.

Parents and guardians of PwDs, along with previous winners of the Sabal Awards, will also be in attendance.
