Tata BlueScope Announces 19.81% Bonus for Employees

Rs 61.72 Lakh to be Shared Among 102 Staff, Boosting Morale and Finances

JAMSHEDPUR – Tata BlueScope has reached a significant bonus agreement, guaranteeing a 19.81% bonus to its workforce for the current year.

The company will distribute a total of Rs 61,71,591 among 102 employees.

Moreover, the minimum bonus amount is set at Rs 35,167, with some staff eligible for up to Rs 81,606.

On average, employees will receive approximately Rs 55,560 as a bonus.

Furthermore, the bonus will be credited directly to employees’ bank accounts alongside their regular salaries.

The distribution is categorized based on various performance metrics.

In addition, Rs 24,25,114 has been allocated under the Productivity item.

Meanwhile, Rs 9,34,676 each is designated for MCL and CCL Capacity Utilization.

The agreement also includes Rs 5,99,735 for MCL Prime Yield and Rs 6,54,273 for CCL Prime Yield.

Additionally, Rs 6,23,117 has been allocated for Safety initiatives.

Key management figures, including Managing Director Anoop Trivedi, finalized the bonus agreement.

Union representatives, led by President Rakeshwar Pandey, also participated in the signing process.

This collaborative effort demonstrates a commitment to acknowledging employee contributions to the company’s success.
