P Devi was found dead at her residence on Road No. 28, Sidhgora.

A suicide note recovered from the scene reportedly names her in-laws as the cause.

P Devi had married D Yadav in 2014 after eloping, and they had two children.

Her father alleges that the in-laws consistently mistreated her due to caste differences.

She reportedly sought police intervention multiple times, but no action was taken.

The note specifically names several members of D Yadav’s family, demanding punishment.

D Yadav, a contractor for Tata Steel, is currently in police custody for questioning.
