JAMSHEDPUR – In view of the upcoming Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) examination, a special exam train will be operated between Tatanagar and Ranchi.
This special train will run on September 21 and 22, 2024, coinciding with the exam days.
The Tatanagar-Ranchi exam special train will depart from Tatanagar at 2:30 AM, stopping at major stations such as Gamharia, Muri, and Namkum.
The train is scheduled to reach Ranchi by 6:15 AM.
For the return journey, the special train will leave Ranchi at 7:00 PM and arrive back at Tatanagar by 11:00 PM.
The primary objective of this service is to facilitate the smooth travel of exam candidates.
According to a railway official, "This initiative has been planned to accommodate the large number of candidates and ensure their convenient travel."
Key Station Stops
The train will halt at important stations such as Gamharia, Kandra, Chandil, Muri, Namkum, and Tatisilwai, ensuring that candidates from these regions can also benefit from the service.
