Eye Hospital in Jamshedpur Announces 18.5% Bonus for Staff

Employees to receive up to ₹76,000 as bonus, agreement signed with union

JAMSHEDPUR – The Jamshedpur Eye Hospital has finalized a bonus agreement with its employees’ union, offering an 18.5% bonus for the year.

The hospital management and the Jamshedpur Eye Hospital Employees Union reached an agreement on Monday.

Under the terms of the deal, staff members will receive a substantial bonus.

The maximum bonus amount has been set at ₹76,000.

Meanwhile, the minimum bonus payout is fixed at ₹66,745.

Moreover, the bonus will be directly deposited into employees’ bank accounts.

The credited amount is scheduled for September 19.

On the other hand, the agreement signing ceremony saw representation from both parties.

Dr. SP Jakhanwal, the Secretary and Superintendent, led the management team.

Additionally, Treasurer Manoj Kumar Ranga and members Vishal and Shweta Tiwari were present.

Furthermore, the union delegation included President Rakeshwar Pandey and Vice President Meera Kumari.

General Secretary BK Dinda and Assistant Secretary Sushant Khalko also participated.

In addition, other union members such as Parvati Mishra, Poonam S Tirkey, and Pankaj Sona attended the event.

"This bonus agreement reflects our commitment to our dedicated staff," stated a reliable source from the hospital management.
