JAMSHEDPUR – A new Power Utility Bill & Collection Centre has been inaugurated today in Gamharia by Mr. Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director of Tata Steel UISL, along with Mr. V.P. Singh, Sr. General Manager (PSD & Utility Billing), and Mr. Kiran Kumar, Divisional Manager (Utilities Billing).

Located on the first floor of Meghraj Tower, near Lal Building Chowk, this centre offers a variety of services designed to enhance consumer convenience.

Consumers can easily inquire about their power bills, print duplicate bills, and utilize a self-service cheque deposit option through the Any Time Payment Machine (ATPM).

Additionally, the centre supports digital payments via debit and credit cards, as well as UPI and QR code scanning for seamless transactions.

The centre operates six days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM.

This initiative reflects Tata Steel UISL’s commitment to modernizing utility billing services and improving customer experiences in the Saraikela-Kharsawan region.
