Saryu Roy Initiates Boundary Wall Projects in Jamshedpur East

JAMSHEDPUR – MLA Saryu Roy launches boundary wall construction projects to safeguard tribal and religious sites in his constituency.

Saryu Roy, Jamshedpur East MLA, inaugurated two boundary wall projects on Sunday.

The initiatives, funded from the legislative fund, total Rs. 23.41 lakhs.

One project will fence a tribal Mansa site in Babu Basti, Bhuinadih.

The other involves constructing a wall near the Shiva temple in Birsa Nagar.

Roy emphasized the importance of preserving tribal heritage during the ceremony.

"These walls will protect sacred tribal land and ensure community safety," Roy stated.

BJP leader Subodh Srivastava and SC Morcha President Prakash Koya attended the event.

Tribal leaders Gomi Sundi and Nandlal Patar were also present.

The ceremony honored residents who maintained the Mansa site.

Local leader Santi Sundi praised the initiative’s cultural significance.

"This boundary symbolizes respect for our traditions," a community member remarked.

The projects reflect ongoing efforts to preserve cultural spaces in Jamshedpur.

Roy’s initiative addresses both tribal and religious site protection needs.

The event highlighted the collaboration between political leaders and local communities.
