Committee meeting addresses bonus issues and celebrates recent educational initiatives

The Tata Motors Workers Union held a committee meeting to discuss bonus distribution and other employee concerns.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Tata Motors Workers Union convened a committee meeting at their office, focusing on bonus issues and recent educational initiatives for employees’ children.

Union President Gurmeet Singh chaired the gathering, which began at 11:00 am.

General Secretary R.K. Singh emphasized the importance of discussing the bonus as the primary agenda.

Members expressed their views on the bonus and hoped for a favorable outcome.

The Union leadership was commended for recent agreements in the field of education.

Two new schemes, Utkarsh and Vidyavan, are expected to significantly benefit employees’ children.

Singh praised union members for their excellent participation in recent Rudrabhishek and Bol Bam programs.

The President assured members of the Union’s commitment to timely bonus distribution.

General Secretary Singh promised to address shop floor issues and expedite bonus discussions with the company.

Members congratulated the Union for its recent educational initiatives.

The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks from BK Sharma and was conducted by Prakash Vishwakarma.

Union leaders reflected on past successes achieved with members’ support.
