HAZARIBAGH – A significant incident unfolded in Vishnugarh, Hazaribagh, where a migratory vulture was found at Konar Dam, fitted with a device from Bangladesh.

The vulture, which also had a ring on its leg, appeared exhausted and injured.

Local authorities, including senior police officials, have reached the scene and are conducting an investigation.

Although the police have not released an official statement, the presence of the device has caused concern among locals.

Experts suggest that such vultures might be used by military forces for navigation purposes.
