UCIL ST Employee Union Honors Top Tribal Students in Turamdih

UCIL ST Employee Union honors 30 top tribal students from Atomic Energy Central School in Turamdih; BDO Nilesh Murmu presents awards.

The UCIL Scheduled Tribe Employee Union organized an event at the Turamdih Community Center to honor 30 top tribal students from the Atomic Energy Central School, with BDO Nilesh Murmu presenting the awards.

JAMSHEDPUR – The UCIL Scheduled Tribe Employee Union held a program at the Turamdih Community Center where 30 top-performing tribal students from the Atomic Energy Central School were honored.

BDO Nilesh Murmu presented the awards, known as "Pratiman Samman," bringing smiles to the faces of the young achievers.

The event began with traditional Santhali, Ho, and Munda dance troupes welcoming the chief guest, BDO Nilesh Murmu, and the special guest, UCIL ST Employee Union President and UCIL DGM Manoranjan Mahali, along with Administrative Officer Deeptendu Hansda.

Speakers at the event highlighted the power of education, emphasizing that it is the key to eradicating darkness.

The event also recognized the significant contributions of Turamdih unit members, including Srijan Tudu, Mangal Tudu, Manik Chand Murmu, Deviram Soren, Bagrai Hansda, Sunil Diggi, Gurucharan Hansda, Deepak Hembram, Kara Murmu, Gurba Hansda, Devnarayan Bhakta, Kalicharan Murmu, Lakhan Mardi, and Panduram Hansda.

At the end of the program, assistant secretaries and officials from various UCIL ST Employee Union units were also honored for their outstanding work.
