JAMSHEDPUR – Shiksha Niketan School in Telco conducted its student council inauguration ceremony on Wednesday, welcoming newly elected student leaders.

Newly elected captains and vice-captains of various houses took their oath of office during the ceremony.

The students pledged to faithfully discharge their duties and responsibilities as leaders of their respective houses.

Principal Sumita Dey explained that these leadership roles are designed to instill a sense of duty in students.

"These responsibilities are assigned to make students aware of their duties," Principal Dey stated, highlighting the educational value of the student council.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by the school’s vice-principal, teachers, and students, underscoring its importance in the school calendar.
