XITE Gamharia organized two impactful workshops focused on developing personal and professional skills for students.

JAMSHEDPUR – XITE Gamharia hosted two workshops today, aimed at enhancing students’ personal growth and financial literacy through interactive sessions and expert guidance.

The first workshop, titled ‘Being Light,’ was led by Dipesh Aggarwal and focused on developing the power of thought and inner strength.

Participants engaged in practical exercises and real-life case studies to cultivate a positive attitude.

Esteemed faculty members, including Prof. Akinchan Xaxa, Prof. Swati Singh, Prof. Nidhi Mishra, and Ashish Singh, contributed to the success of this session.

The Department of Commerce organized the second workshop, ‘Introduction to Personal Financial Planning,’ in celebration of Commerce Day.

Deepak Jha, CFA and CEO/Director of CAA, GIIS Financial, and Beriom Reality Pvt Ltd., led this informative session.

Jha provided a comprehensive overview of capital markets, covering topics such as bonds, shares, dividends, and various investment options.

Students learned about SIPs, mutual funds, and portfolio management during the financial planning workshop.

Prof. Sushmita Chaudhary Sen, Prof. Anjali Jha, Prof. Raj Bansal, and Ashish Singh supported the organization of this session.

The success of both workshops was attributed to the strategic planning and dedication of Ashish Singh, Head of the Branding & Communications Department.
