New Guidelines Issued for Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana Camps
Ananya Mittal’s directives aim to ensure smooth execution of welfare scheme and efficient camp operations.
JAMSHEDPUR – Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal has unveiled new guidelines for the Jharkhand Mukhyamantri Maiyan Samman Yojana, focusing on streamlined processes and efficient special camp operations.
Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) are required to arrive at camps punctually, equipped with necessary electronic devices.
Block Development Officers (BDOs) will monitor VLE attendance and performance, submitting daily reports to the District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) Director.
Accountability measures extend to both VLEs and Common Service Center (CSC) Managers in cases of absence.
Free scheme forms are available from local Anganwadi Sevikas or Sahayikas.
Mittal warned against intermediaries charging for forms, stating, "Any attempts to profit from form distribution will face strict action."
Beneficiaries can use downloaded forms from the official website, black and white photocopies, or physical forms provided at camps.
The form can be downloaded from here: [https://www.jharkhand.gov.in/wcd%5D(https://www.jharkhand.gov.in/wcd).
Anganwadi Sevikas are tasked with logging eligible beneficiaries and assigning specific camp attendance times to prevent overcrowding.
BDOs are instructed to organize awareness meetings with public representatives and Anganwadi workers.
These meetings aim to educate the community about free form availability and online download options.
"Our goal is to ensure every eligible beneficiary can access the scheme without unnecessary hurdles," Mittal emphasized.
The administration’s approach focuses on accountability, transparency, and efficient resource management.
