Cultural program showcases "Evolution of Education in India" through dance-drama

Rajendra Vidyalaya’s Annual Prize Night celebrated academic and extracurricular excellence, featuring a cultural showcase on educational evolution.

JAMSHEDPUR -On August 2, 2024, Rajendra Vidyalaya in Sakchi conducted its Annual Prize Night, which featured a cultural program and acknowledged the accomplishments of its students.

The event commenced with the illumination of a ceremonial lamp, which was overseen by Principal-In-Charge Piyali Mukherjee and teacher Savita Shukla.

The Chief Guest of the event was B.N. Choudhary, President of the Bihar Association.

The distinguished guests, which included Amresh Sinha, Joint Secretary of Bihar Association and School Secretary, were welcomed by Senior in Charge Kiran Sinha and Junior In Charge D. Vani.

The Annual Report was presented by Principal Piyali Mukherjee, who emphasized the school’s achievements in academics and extracurricular activities.

During the 2023-2024 academic year, students were awarded trophies, certificates, accolades, and awards for their accomplishments.

The honorees were welcomed to the stage by an enthusiastic audience that included instructors, staff, students, and guardians.

The prize distribution was followed by a cultural program that included a dance-drama on the "Evolution of Education in India" and a Vandana performance.

The dignitaries in attendance included Dr. S.K. Singh, the Vice President of the Bihar Association, and C.P.N. Singh, the General Secretary.

Sweta Sahay delivered a vote of gratitude at the conclusion of the evening, which was followed by the National Anthem.

Rajendra Vidyalaya’s dedication to the identification and cultivation of student aptitude in a variety of disciplines is exemplified by this annual event.
