XITE Gamharia Bids Heartfelt Farewell to Graduating Class of 2024

XITE Gamharia celebrates the journey and future of its 2024 graduates in a touching farewell ceremony.

On July 16th, XITE Gamharia bid a heartfelt farewell to its graduating students of 2024 in a ceremony filled with joy, reminiscence, and hope for the future.

JAMSHEDPUR – In an event that marked the culmination of years of academic and personal growth, XITE Gamharia celebrated its graduating class of 2024 on July 16th.

Held in the Xavier’s School Hall, the evening was a blend of joy, nostalgia, and optimism.

The ceremony began with the lighting of the lamp by Principal Dr. Fr. E A Francis, SJ, Vice Principal Dr. Fr. Mukti Clarence, SJ, and two graduate students. Dr. Fr. E A Francis, SJ, praised the graduates for their resilience and achievements, emphasizing the significance of their journey and future prospects.

The event featured a prayer song and an introductory speech from a student, followed by Vice Principal Dr. Fr. Mukti Clarence, SJ, who highlighted memorable moments and milestones. Graduating students also delivered stirring speeches, reflecting on their shared experiences and lessons learned.

Entertainment included a musical performance by the college choir and a dance routine by the culture club, both receiving enthusiastic applause.

Several students were honored for their achievements:

– Sublime Influencer Award 2024: Mukesh Kumar Mahato (Male), Ruchi Kumari (Female)

– Best in Sports Award 2024: Anil Jojowar (Male), Priyanka Bankira (Female)

– Best in Performing Arts Award 2024: Amrit Kumar Tiu (Male), Shreya Raj (Female)

– Men and Women for Others Award 2024: Melwyn David (Male), Eshika Mishra (Female)

– Academic Excellence Award 2024: Subham Aditya (Male), Indu Gupta (Female)

– Mr. & Miss XITE: Pratik Agarwal and Alison Birua

The event concluded with a group photo, the national anthem, a DJ party, and dinner, leaving everyone with cherished memories and optimism for the graduates’ futures.

The organizing team included Dr. Radha Mahali, Assistant Professor Akinchan Xaxa, Assistant Professor Nidhi Kumari, and Mr. Ashish Singh, with full support from Assistant Professor Amit Chaturvedi and Y. Dilip Kumar.
