Partnership Aims to Foster Leadership and Growth Mindset

XLRI and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on July 10 to promote leadership and a growth mindset.

JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI and ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India signed an important MoU on July 10 to foster leadership and a growth mindset.

The partnership was marked by the presence of XLRI Director Father S. George Sebastian and Professor Sunil Sarangi.

Director Father S. George emphasized the commitment of XLRI to nurturing talent, promoting innovation, and strengthening leadership qualities for sustainable development.

He stated that the MoU would enhance innovation in both institutions.

"We look forward to meaningful collaboration with AM/NS India," Father George said.

"We will create an environment where everyone works together, enabling employees to grow, learn, and lead."
