Minister Irfan Ansari Orders Construction of 1 Lakh Wells by November

Rural Development, Rural Works, and Panchayati Raj Minister Irfan Ansari convened a high-level meeting today, directing departmental officials to construct 1 lakh wells by November.
RANCHI – During an important meeting with officials from various departments, Minister Irfan Ansari gave instructions for the construction of 100,000 wells by November.
He emphasized the importance of completing government schemes on time and highlighted the crucial role of officials in accelerating developmental initiatives.
The Minister Ansari stressed the importance of ensuring that the benefits of these schemes reach all sections of society in a timely manner, in line with the Chief Minister’s instructions.
After examining the Abua Housing Scheme, Minister Ansari emphasized its dedication to helping individuals who are impoverished and in need.
He requested that officials take proactive steps to make construction materials, like sand, available at affordable prices for housing projects.
He wanted to know how the housing construction was going after the funds were approved and distributed for 200,000 houses in the first phase of the program. He told the officials to speed up their efforts.
The Minister, Mr. Ansari, also instructed officials to make sure that the selection process of scheme beneficiaries is transparent.
He highlighted the importance of making thorough arrangements for tree maintenance and conservation in addition to plantation activities under the Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, which aims to promote tree planting.
The official from the department stated, "Our priority is to fulfill the goals established by the Minister and make sure that the advantages are received by those who require them."
The meeting emphasized the government’s commitment to promoting development initiatives and ensuring the effective implementation of schemes.
