JAMSHEDPUR – Action Aid Association organized a capacity-building workshop for unorganized sector workers at Parsudih Gauri Bhawan on Sunday.

The event drew a large turnout of workers and representatives from various organizations.

Rajiv Kumar, Consumer Court member, and advocate Shamshad Khan were among the key speakers.

Retired CISF sub-inspector Balram Patro and ex-Labor Superintendent Rakesh Kumar shared insights on government schemes.

"Our objective is to empower workers to resolve issues and maximize benefits," stated Saurav Kumar, Regional Manager of Action Aid.

Speakers provided information on accessing government scheme benefits for unorganized sector workers.

The workshop addressed common problems faced by workers and offered potential solutions.

Attendees included Pramakant Karua, Lakhi Das, and representatives from various worker organizations.

This initiative highlights ongoing efforts to support and educate workers in the unorganized sector.

The event underscores the need for continued awareness programs for vulnerable worker groups in Jamshedpur.
