H Kachhap, a 22-year-old resident of Zone Number 3, Birsanagar, was found hanging in his home on Thursday night, with police suspecting suicide.

JAMSHEDPUR – H Kachhap, 22, a resident of Zone Number 3 in the Birsanagar police station area, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself with a towel in his house on Thursday night.

At the time of the incident, his family members were out.

Upon their return at night, they found him hanging and immediately informed the Birsanagar police.

The police arrived, took him down from the noose, and sent the body for postmortem.

It has been reported that H Kachhap was allegedly a drug user and was actively seeking employment.

The incident has left the community in shock, highlighting the underlying issues of drug abuse and unemployment among youth.

Authorities are urging families to stay vigilant and seek help for individuals struggling with such issues.

"We are deeply saddened by this incident and urge anyone facing similar problems to reach out for support," said a police official.
