Temporary Train Stoppages at Pundag Station for Ananda Marga Dharma Maha Sammelan
Temporary halts from May 29 to June 4 to accommodate event attendees
Several trains will have a one-minute stoppage at Pundang station from May 29, 2024, to June 4, 2024, due to the Ananda Marga Dharma Maha Sammelan.
JAMSHEDPUR – As a result of the Ananda Marga Dharma Maha Sammelan, there will be temporary train stoppages at Pundang station.
This measure is designed to make it easier for people attending events to travel.
Trains that have been impacted are the Dhanbad-Ranchi Intercity Express (Train No. 13303), Ranchi-Dhanbad Intercity Express (Train No. 13304), Ranchi-Bhagalpur Vananchal Express (Train No. 13403), and Bhagalpur-Ranchi Vananchal Express (Train No. 13404).
Additional trains affected include the Hatia-Gorakhpur Mourya Express (Train No. 15027), Gorakhpur-Hatia Mourya Express (Train No. 15028), Rourkela-Jaynagar Express (Train No. 18105), and Jaynagar-Rourkela Express (Train No. 18106).
The Howrah-Ranchi Express (Train No. 18627), Ranchi-Howrah Express (Train No. 18628), Ranchi-Dumka Express (Train No. 18619), and Dumka-Ranchi Express (Train No. 18620) will also make temporary stops along the way.
Included in the list are the Purnia Court-Hatia Express (Train No. 18625), Hatia-Purnia Court Express (Train No. 18626), Islampur-Hatia Express (Train No. 18623), and Hatia-Islampur Express (Train No. 18624).
The Bokaro Steel City–Asansol MEMU Special (Train No. 03595) will make a short stop at Pundang station as well.
This temporary arrangement has been put in place to make sure that people attending the Ananda Marga Dharma Maha Sammelan can travel without any issues.
