JAMSHEDPUR – SIS Security Jamshedpur workers urge prompt resolution for delayed gratuity payments, highlighting a four-month wait.

Employees of SIS Security under Tata Steel demonstrated at the Sitaramdera DLC office in Jamshedpur.

They expressed frustration over a four-month delay in receiving gratuity payments.

During a meeting with DLC official Avinash Thakur, SIS representatives detailed their financial grievances.

The branch head was contacted during the meeting to explain the urgency of the situation.

The DLC officer issued a three-day ultimatum to resolve the gratuity issue, warning of consequences for further delays.

Workers commended the DLC Labor Cell but expressed dissatisfaction with SIS Services’ slow payment process.

They threatened more intense actions if their gratuities were not disbursed soon.

Out of 77 workers owed, only 23 have been paid after persistent follow-ups.

The demonstration aimed to bring attention to the unresolved payments of the remaining employees.
