JAMSHEDPUR – Chakradharpur Division aims for over 80% train punctuality while improving operational efficiency.

DRM Arun J Rathore issued a directive emphasizing the importance of correct data recording and punctuality in train operations.

Trains in the division are expected not to exceed a 60-minute delay, highlighting the need for precision in time logging and train management.

Rathore’s letter outlines initiatives to increase train speeds on key routes, including Tata-Badampahar and Jharsuguda-Rourkela, to enhance efficiency.

Plans for increasing train speeds to 130 km/h on some routes and operationalizing additional lines aim to boost capacity and punctuality.
