26-Year-Old Woman Found Dead in Ulidih, Investigation Underway

A newlywed woman’s life comes to a tragic end in Dimna Basti, Ulidih, as she is found deceased in her maternal home.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a distressing event in Dimna Basti under the Ulidih police station of Jamshedpur, P Gorai, a 26-year-old newly married woman, has been found deceased in what appears to be a case of suicide.

The incident, occurring on Saturday morning, was discovered by the woman’s brother, who immediately alerted the rest of the family.

Gorai, who had been living with her husband in Ranchi following her marriage eight months prior, was visiting her maternal home for a few days before the incident.

The tragedy unfolded in her room at a time when no other family members were present at home.

Her brother, upon returning from an errand, found her lifeless, suspended by a rope.

Authorities were notified, and they have since removed the body for an autopsy, initiating further investigations into the circumstances surrounding her untimely death.
