Rs 20 crore for Chakradharpur-Bhoya Chowk beautification

The Seraikela Road Construction Department commences a Rs 20 crore project to enhance the road from Chakradharpur to Bhoya Chowk.

SERAIKELA – The road from Chakradharpur to Bhoya Chowk is set for a significant makeover, with the Seraikela Road Construction Department dedicating approximately Rs 20 crore towards its improvement and beautification.

The initiative was kick-started by Kharsawan MLA Dashrath Gagrai at a ceremony near Kiyapata Chowk.

"A major transformation is on the horizon, set to significantly boost local transportation," MLA Gagrai stated.

The upgrade will include special repairs over a stretch of about 16.17 km.

Gagrai appealed for local guidance and cooperation to enhance area development.

He also mentioned the renovation of dilapidated rural roads in the vicinity.

The project aims to bolster road connectivity, thereby propelling regional development.

Gagrai also laid the foundation for a 1400 feet PCC road in Thakuragutu, further connecting the community.

The ceremony saw attendance from numerous villagers and local leaders, indicating strong community support.

This development marks a step forward in improving infrastructure and the quality of life for the local population.
