Uday Movies to release ‘Adhikaar,’ a short film encouraging voter participation ahead of elections.

JAMSHEDPUR – ‘Adhikaar,’ a short film focused on increasing voter awareness, is set for release by Uday Movies, particularly emphasizing the upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections.

Filming concluded recently in Sonari, under the direction of renowned local filmmaker Uday Sahu.

The film features leading roles by prominent singers Ajit Aman, Manoj Pandey, Pyare Lal Sahu, Haridarshan Singh, Chetan Sahu, and Surya Kumar.

Uday Sahu highlighted the film’s message on the importance of exercising voting rights, noting the lower voter turnout in urban areas despite higher education levels.

‘Adhikaar’ includes scenes specifically crafted to enlighten urban viewers on the critical role of voting.

Sahu aims for the film to educate and motivate citizens towards greater electoral engagement, ensuring their contribution to democratic governance.
