Jamshedpur Witnesses Successful Cataract Surgeries with Charitable Aid

JAMSHEDPUR – In a significant health initiative on January 24th, Anand Marg Universal Relief Team Global in collaboration with Purnima Nethralaya facilitated free cataract surgeries for six patients from Gadra.

These individuals were transported to Purnima Netralaya for the procedure.

Prior to the surgery, all patients underwent a thorough health examination by physicians and were declared fit for the operation.

The successful surgeries involved lens implants for each patient.

On January 25th, a day after the operation, all six patients were discharged.

They were provided with necessary medications and spectacles before leaving.

In a gesture of goodwill, 25 fruit plants were also distributed among the patients.

Looking ahead, a free cataract operation check-up camp is scheduled near the Gadra Anand Marg Jagriti Shiv Temple on February 1st.
