ICSI Jamshedpur Elects New Management Committee for 2024

Unanimous Election of Office Bearers at ICSI Jamshedpur Chapter

In a significant meeting, ICSI Jamshedpur Chapter elected Ankit Singh as President and other key office bearers for 2024.

JAMSHEDPUR – In a pivotal meeting at the Jamshedpur Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has elected its Management Committee for the year 2024.

The election process, marked by unanimity, resulted in the selection of Ankit Singh as the new President.

Joining him in leadership roles are Shalini Kumari Agarwal as the Vice President, Ankit Majumdar as the Secretary, and Sapna Kumari Agarwal as the Treasurer.

The current President, Shikha Naredi, announced that the newly elected management committee will officially assume their roles from Friday, January 19.

This announcement comes as a significant transition for the ICSI Jamshedpur Chapter, which plays a crucial role in advancing the profession of company secretaries in the region.

The committee also includes esteemed members such as Tanyajit Das and Shikha Naredi herself.

The tenure of these office bearers is set for one year, during which they will guide the chapter’s activities and contribute to the professional development of its members.

The ICSI, as a premier national professional body in India, is instrumental in promoting, regulating, and developing the profession of company secretaries.

The Jamshedpur Chapter, under the new leadership, is expected to continue its efforts in providing educational opportunities, representing the interests of its members, and maintaining high standards of practice and professional conduct.

Members said that this unanimous election reflects the confidence of the chapter’s members in the new committee’s ability to lead and innovate in the ever-evolving corporate governance landscape.
