Jamshedpur Prepares for Grand Celebrations Marking Ram Temple Consecration

JAMSHEDPUR – The Sonari Ram Mandir Committee in Jamshedpur has announced a series of events to coincide with the consecration of the Ayodhya Ram temple, scheduled for 22nd January.

The committee detailed these plans during a recent press conference.

A grand Kalash Yatra is set to commence from the temple premises on 21st January, with the participation of hundreds of women.

This will be followed by a special puja ceremony.

On 22nd January, the celebrations will continue with a Rangoli competition themed around Lord Ram.

The evening will witness Deepotsav, featuring the lighting of 11,000 earthen lamps, culminating in a Sunderkand recitation.

The events will see participation from local Akhadas, Durga Puja Committees, and various social organizations.
