JAMSHEDPUR – Health Minister Banna Gupta recently took a commendable step towards enhancing social welfare in Jharkhand.

In a significant event held in his Kadma office, Gupta distributed pension acceptance certificates to 783 beneficiaries under the Sarvajan Pension Scheme.

These recipients, hailing from Kadma, Sonari, and Bishtupur, are now entitled to old age and widow pensions.

Gupta’s initiative marks a crucial effort in supporting the elderly and widows in their financial needs.

Recognizing the onset of colder weather, he also provided blankets to both women and men at the event.

The minister’s actions reflect a deep commitment to improving the lives of the disadvantaged in society.

Additionally, Gupta emphasized the importance of simplifying the lives of the elderly with the initiation of these pensions.

His instructions to workers to organize camps for application submissions indicate a proactive approach to connecting more people with beneficial schemes.
