All India Grahak Panchayat’s Golden Jubilee in Jharkhand marked by the formation of a new organizing committee, highlighting a commitment to consumer welfare.
JAMSHEDPUR – A significant milestone for consumer rights and welfare in Jharkhand, the All India Grahak Panchayat celebrated its Golden Jubilee Year.
The Jharkhand Province has formed an Organizing Committee for this landmark year, underscoring a half-century of dedication to customer awareness and social equality.
Padmashree Chutni Mahato from Seraikela and Padmashree Dr. Janum Singh Soy from Ghatshila were appointed as President and Vice-President, respectively.
Their leadership is expected to propel the organization’s mission of empowering consumers and advocating for their rights.
The appointment of these renowned figures marks a new chapter in the organization’s history, one that promises to carry forward the legacy of consumer advocacy.
Ravi Prakash Singh, known for his contributions to the province, conducted the first session of the meeting, setting a tone of progress and collaboration.
A diverse committee with members from various districts of Jharkhand, including East Singhbhum, Dhanbad, Ranchi, Gumla, and Simdega, has been formed, reflecting the organization’s inclusive approach.
This committee symbolizes the collective effort to enhance consumer rights and awareness across the region.
The announcement of the committee was made during a well-attended event at Hotel Meridian Auditorium, Jamshedpur, on December 24, 2023.
This event, conducted in three informative sessions, highlighted the organization’s achievements and future plans.
