Another FIR Against Babulal Marandi for Remarks on CM Hemant Soren’s Family

Case against Babulal Marandi for objectionable remarks, multiple FIRs lodged, investigation underway.

RANCHI – A case has been registered against Babulal Marandi for making derogatory remarks against Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren’s family.

The FIR was filed by JMM District Secretary Dineshwar Kisku, accusing Marandi of spreading false statements for political advantage.

The evidence includes a video clip of the social site that has been attached to support the allegations.

Sections 153 (A) (1) (a), 500, 504, 505 of IPC have been invoked in the case, marking the seriousness of the offense.

Furthermore, an additional FIR was lodged at Kanke police station by a resident named Sonu Tirkey, presenting similar charges.

The allegations revolve around indecent comments against Chief Minister Hemant Soren and MP Shibu Soren.

Sub-Inspector Sanjay Nayak of Kanke police station has been assigned to investigate the case thoroughly.
