Jamshedpur court orders the sealing of Swarnarekha project property over unpaid invoices amounting to 3.5 crore rupees.
JAMSHEDPUR – The property of the Swarnarekha project on Dimna Road under the Ulidih police station in Mango was sealed on Tuesday, following a court ruling.
Lawyer Rajhans Tiwari, who represented M/s RK Construction, stated that despite repeated court requests for the Subarnarekha project to settle the outstanding debts, the money was not paid.
The court’s directives led to the sealing of the Subarnarekha project’s property after these failed attempts to collect the payment.
Earlier, a lawsuit regarding exclusion was filed at the Jamshedpur Civil Court in 2022, with Civil Judge Chandrabhanu Kumar presiding over the matter.
M/s R.K Construction had taken legal action at the High Court to retrieve about 3.5 crore rupees in unpaid invoices for the Subarnarekha project, which they had completed the building work for.
